The Residence is planned on four levels - Parking Area & Servants Room with access to

the first level kitchen.The first floor is designed as a public & semi-public spaces like -

Entrance foyer , Living room with open- well staircase ,kitchen with utility room,

and parent's bedroom.

A small cut-out courtyard planned surrounding kitchen & dining , acts as a light well.

Composed with family space overlooking the living space and an extended terrace.

And a guest bedroom on this floor.

Consists of private spaces - Son's bedroom with a spacious floor layout –walk-in closet.

Master bedroom with extended terrace and bath with open to sky light well.

The residence is conceptualized with respect to the site potentials and clients

requirements, simple & sumptuous house.

A strong exterior volume stands out among the adjacent neighborhood, making a bold

statement. Double height mass is balanced with the terraces voids.

Angular fins facing the South-West, brings in the diffuse sunlight and cool breeze.

Concrete finishes and brick cladding been used on exteriors and interiors to achieve a

seamless surfaces with Matt finish to absorb the lighting and reflections.

Lighting has played a major role during the day by having enough cutouts and double

height facades.
